Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sajao. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, our straightforward return policy has you covered.

7-Days Return Policy:
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• Items damaged by the customer or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp at 03036662541 or email us at support@sajao.pk with your order number and the reason for the return (along with pictures if the item is damaged/defective). We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and transferred via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 3-5 business days. (Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable).
