All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays in Pakistan.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Sajaо.pk ships to addresses within Pakistan only.
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has been shipped.
This email will contain your tracking number, which becomes active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Sajaо.pk is not responsible for any additional taxes or charges applied to your order.
For domestic Pakistani deliveries, any applicable taxes are usually included in the product price.
6. Damages
Sajaо.pk is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Please keep all packaging materials and damaged items until your claim is processed.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Yes, for change of mind or non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
